Yeah the can cost a bit.
The guy I did this on did them a piece at a time as he could afford it.

Thanx , As for the amount of time, hmm there were a few pieces of Ed Lee Flash and then I tied them together so they were all done at different times , if I had to gues I'd say tween 4 & 6 hours alltogether.

Wow, that's pretty quick. I guess flash helps speed it up, but I expected to hear longer. Maybe my mind is tricking me into thinking it's a full sleeve too?

Oh. See? I figured it was the shoulder to elbow half. Paying attention to detail is important. :B

And, hell yeah, shading in one color helps.
